Sample Case- Showroom Project
Underwent planning phase to understand client needs and translate them into deliverables. Utilized risk analysis, identification, and critical thinking skills in the planning phase of the construction. Filled in a Gantt chart based on the sample client case study of a showroom construction to keep the project on track. - Identified the three crucial client priorities in a sample case study for a portal that allowed students to apply for reimbursements, bursaries, etc, on educational items. The product received bad press, troublesome user journey, data issues, time outs, many rejected applications, etc.
- Assembled project plan based on key activities gleaned from emails, voicemail, etc.
- Made data-driven decisions on web page changes
- Analyzed data to answer client questions
- Conducted error spotting of urgent client correspondence under time constraints
- Navigated client communication about a sensitive subject
- Prioritized potential initiatives by scoring them based on their ease and impact
